Our executive team has experience reviving nonprofits, growing startups, launching new products, project managing new initiatives, managing multi-day events, and executive coaching.
We are backed by a consultant network that is experienced in human resources, research, cybersecurity,
messaging, content creation, paid media and event planning.
As Head of Business Solutions, Brittany oversees change management, business solutions, operational strategies, and event management.
Previously, Brittany has worked with the New York City Wine & Food Festival, Miami Gay & Lesbian Film Festival, Achievement First Charter Schools, and international nonprofit Black Girls Code.

As Head of Creative Solutions, Jennifer oversees creative strategies including marketing, content, communications, event conception, and fundraising.
Previously, Jennifer has worked with Gannett newspapers, Paper Magazine, and Vogue as a writer, copy editor and researcher, respectively. She has more than a dozen years of storytelling, brand building, and marketing strategy experience.
Jennifer founded YSP Creative Consulting in 2017.
